Did the item meet your expectations and was it as described in the auction listing?

Did the seller email you after the auction, or did you have to contact them? What was their general communication with you like?

Were you pleased with the overall level of customer service?

Again, record these impressions in your notes or journal. If you were really pleased with the buying process you experienced with one particular seller, write down what they did and try to do it yourself when you start running your own auctions.

The profit margin in dropshipping is dramatically lower and sometimes dropshippers may create problems for you, such letting you know after youve sold an item that they actually ran out of it. Selling on Ebay? Get Advice to Deal With Tough Customers


If you are going to sell on eBay, that means you are going to be dealing with customers all over the world. Just like a regular business, you will occasionally run across a customer that is very hard to deal with. 90% of all the customers you will have on eBay are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
